Product Description

Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor is a scale inhibitor specially designed for reverse osmosis (RO) system and nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. It can prevent fouling of membrane surface, improve water production and water quality, and reduce Operating expenses.

RO Membrane Antiscalant Chemicals have been specifically formulated, for use as super threshold antiscalant and antifoulant, that stabilizes a wide range of supersaturated salt solutions, inhibiting their precipitation on RO membrane surface. It prevents accumulation of minerals and organic scale deposits, resulting in efficient plant operation with highest possible conversion rate. Its application also eliminates the chances of membrane fouling generally caused due to presence of carbonates and sulfates of Calcium, Barium, Strontium, Magnesium.

Antiscalant Application:
1. Material suitable for various film tubes
2. Can be applied to a variety of different water quality, still have high efficiency of scale inhibition, reduce the cleaning frequency of the membrane tube
3. Can replace the need to add acid to prevent possible corrosion problems caused by acid addition
4. The amount of addition is extremely low, and it has excellent threshold function, and the best economic benefit of scale inhibition control
5. It has a good chelation and stability effect on metal ions such as iron and manganese, preventing it from generating dirt on the membrane tube.
6. Product efficacy and stability are far superior to sodium hexametaphosphate or pure polymer type scale inhibitor
7. Allow reverse osmosis membrane system to operate at higher water production rates.
