What is reverse osmosis?
The reverse osmosis device is an equipment to purify the saltine water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different materials have different osmotic pressures.
Reverse osmosis removes contaminants from unfiltered water, or feed water, when pressure forces it through a semipermeable membrane. Water flows from the more concentrated side (more contaminants) of the RO membrane to the less concentrated side (fewer contaminants) to provide clean drinking water. The fresh water produced is called the permeate. The concentrated water left over is called the waste or brine.
A semipermeable membrane has small pores that block contaminants but allow water molecules to flow through. In osmosis, water becomes more concentrated as it passes through the membrane to obtain equilibrium on both sides. Reverse osmosis, however, blocks contaminants from entering the less concentrated side of the membrane. For example, when pressure is applied to a volume of saltwater during reverse osmosis, the salt is left behind and only clean water flows through. 

Working principle
Reverse osmosis is referred to as RO, which is under external pressure,the solution of some components in the selective permeation,so as to realize the purpose of desalination, purification and enrichment separation.when it is used in water treatment equipment,it can remove most ions in water,and also the fine particles, bacteriaand organic impurities.it is the water treatment equipment of advanced, economic means.Reverse osmosis is use of high pressure pump continuously to the high salt content water pressure delivered to the RO device,ROdevice comprises a reverse osmosis membrane element and the pressure vessel,input water is divided into low penetration of salt solution and salty liquid.Water enters the concentrated liquid and liquid permeability ratio by regulating valve to control.

FRP tank                                                                                             There are Activated carbon filter tank, Sand filter tank and resin tank, Quartz sand filter, filter material using quartz sand as filler. To silt, colloid, metal ions and organic matter interception, adsorption. It has the advantages of small filtration resistance, strong acid and alkaline resistance, good pollution resistance and so on, Activated carbon filter tank also use activated carbon to improve water taste, color and odor. Resin tank Calcium and magnesium ions are removed from water by ion exchange

Precision Cartridge Filter
It is generally used in quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger behind or ultra filtration, nano filtration, reverse osmosis device in front, on the one hand, is to further deal with the fine impurities in the water, on the other hand, to prevent the previous process of broken quartz sand, activated carbon, ion exchange through the water distributor to the next process.

High pressure pump
It is an important component of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment, using its characteristics and advantages, in reverse osmosis water treatment equipment main role is: through a very large pressure so that the water through the reverse osmosis membrane, to reverse osmosis membrane (RO) transport some of the flow and pressure of water, to ensure the smooth operation of the reverse osmosis system.
