The Polypropylene (PP) membrane filter cartridge has high flow rate and dirt holding capacity, 100% quality polypropylene construction with excellent chemical compatibility.

PP Pleated Filter Cartridge cater to high efficiency filtration requirement. They are constructed of high purity polypropylene materials which increasing dirt holding capacity. The materials comply with FDA related requirement.The high surface area enable high flow rates and long service life. The series of cartridge with multiple layered microporous ensure stable performance and broad chemical compatibility.
Polypropylene pleated cartridges use the very latest gradient density microfiber media technology to provide a combination of excellent micron ratings, high flow rates, and high contaminant holding capacities. A special combination of polypropylene media with variation in the fiber diameter creates a gradient density matrix, ranging from open on the outside to finer on the inside, thereby providing a filter within filter, which considerably increases contamination holding capacity & through puts.

All components used in the manufacturing process are biologically safe, chemically inert and meet safety and other international quality requirements. Polypropylene offers extremely broad chemical compatibility making it suitable for many applications,like food, pharmaceuticals, biotech, dairy, beverages, brewing, semiconductor, water filtration treatment.
